Getting Out While the Sun Shines

Visit a farm: Kensington Metropark and Calder Dairy have open-to-the public farms which you can visit, see demonstrations and pet farm animals. Calder Dairy also has the most amazing, delicious ice cream. The parks have historical farm demonstrations, so kids can learn about how farming was done "in the old days."
